You need to download the new data from cloud to see the changes.
Turn on your console and login.
[if you're on PS4]
Go to Settings -> Application Save Data Management ->Saved Data in Online Storage -> Download to System Storage
[if you're on PS5]
Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings -> PS4 -> Cloud Storage -> Download
[if you're on Nintendo Switch]
From the HOME Menu, select "System Settings" > "Data Management" > "Save Data Cloud". Select the user account that had the injection, then choose the file you wish to download (should be the game you had the injection for). Select “Download Save Data”
Load your game and pick the character you had items injected to.
After you checked everything and you're good to go then change your password when you can.
If there are some issues with your injection like things missing, etc.. then don't change your password yet and contact us first to fix.
